Responsible Football Betting
Whilst we are in the business of making betting profits for our members, we recognize that there are some out there with gambling problems. Most problem gamblers end up broke because essentially, they're not chasing the money, but the highs of winning.
Football-betting remains a game of chance no matter how good you think you are (or for that matter, our service is). Profit comes when you have a good strike rate and a good money management system. Chasing losses and doubling up on wins is a great way to get bankrupt.
Well, if you bet excessively and/or this negatively affects other areas of your life, you have a problem.
Betting should be fun (and preferably, profitable).
When your mental and physical health, work, personal finances and relationships are affected as a result of your betting, you are not betting responsibly.
Those with gambling problems bet with money they cannot really afford to lose. They are saddled with debts and max out on their credit facilities. Relationships are broken and sometimes criminal acts occur. The really hard-core problem bettors ignore these signs, stay in a permanent state of denial and continue to chase losses, neglect loved ones and things important to them and even themselves. (A shoddy appearance is one sign of problem gambling.)
Here at the Silver Circle, we provide a service which we hope helps our members enrich their lives with the fun that come from betting on a great sport and the profits that come with our strong performance and a prudent staking strategy – we wish the public and all our members well.
Be responsible for yourself. Let football-betting be a fun and profitable part of your life and not let it control you.
Bet only money which you can afford to lose.
We recommend you set up a betting fund when you join us that is set aside specifically for betting on football. Don't use your children's tuition money, the rent or funds meant for any other essential uses for betting. Set up an affordable betting fund, follow our staking strategy and recommended stakes and we'll help you grow your fund slowly, but surely, over time.
Never chase losses.
If you suffer a loss, don't try to get it back if you're over your limit. This inadvertently leads to even bigger losses. Keep calm and be prepared to walk away. Bet only with a stoic frame-of-mind and keep to the staking plan.
Don't bet when you're drunk, depressed or experiencing any emotional problems.
You are likely to make poor decisions when your mind is not clear or when you're feeling down. Bet when you're well and alert.
Lead a balanced lifestyle.
Unless you're a professional bettor and really know what you're doing, betting shouldn't be everything in life. Even if you're making loads with our service, it's important that you engage in other activities so that betting does not become what you think about all the time.
Follow Silver Circle Picks and keep to our staking strategy and recommended stakes. Heck, place a small wager on your favourite team every now and then, even when we don't tip them, but leave the overall job of making you money from football to us. You just sit back and root for the teams we bet on together. Make football betting a profitable and fun hobby.
Fantastic performance! I was sceptical that I would be extending my membership beyond the trial month but I'd have to say that J Armstrong is turning in a really nice profit for me each month the past 2 months. I understand that there will of course be ups and downs during the course of my membership but I can see that Silver Circle picks are really something else. I think Armstrong is definitely not your average tipster, he's a big cut above the rest!
